2. No doctor-patient relationship
Use of this website, or contacting us through it, does not in itself create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship is established only after an in-person evaluation by one of our board-certified dermatologists.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on this site are estimated self-pay ranges and are not a quote. Final pricing is confirmed during your in-person consultation. Medical-dermatology visits are typically billed to your insurance carrier, subject to your plan's coverage. Cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser) are paid out of pocket and are not covered by insurance.
4. Cancellations
We ask for 24 hours notice for medical-visit cancellations and 48 hours notice for cosmetic appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Dermatologist Austin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not affect any rights you have under your written treatment agreement once you become a patient.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
